Rare Breed Lamb Chops




Allow 2 chops per person

In a pestle and mortar mash 1 clove of garlic, some rosemary sprigs, sea salt and black pepper. Massage this rough paste into the chops before cooking. Preheat your oven to 180°C and roast the chops for 20 minutes for pink and 25 minutes for medium.
