Pork, Wild Venison & Cranberry Sausage


A brand new sausage recipe from our amazing butcher.

This sausage sees the perfect marriage of free range, rare breed pork and rich, wild venison and a sprinkling of juicy cranberries that really make this really stand out above the others.

Allow 3 per hungry eater.

Cut the sausages and place on a metal oven tray. (There’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
