Pork & Suffolk Beer Sausages


Dark & medieval.  We add the Suffolk malted hops and then moisten them with ale.  Great cold, sliced and served almost like tapas with a nice glass of red wine.



Allow 3 per hungry eater.

Cut the sausages and place on a metal oven tray. (There’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
