Gurkha Minted Lamb Sausages


Made in honour of Michaela’s father who was Lieutenant Colonel with the 7th Gurkhas.

Fenugreek, mint, coriander and lemon thyme evoke a taste of Nepal.



Cut the sausages and place on a metal oven tray. (There’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Ingredients: Lamb, Cracked Black Pepper, Coriander, Mint, Lemon Thyme, Fenugreek, Rusk and Seasoning.

Average Pack weight* 350 grams (6 sausages).
