Gluten Free Classic Essex Sausages


We’ve taken out the rusk so that they are suitable for people with gluten intolerance.

Based on our delicious Classic Essex rare breed pork sausage recipe.

Allow 3 per hungry eater.

Cut the sausages and place on a metal oven tray. (There’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray). Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.

These sausages are pre-frozen, so are unsuitable for refreezing.
