Recipe:

Honey, Mustard & Ginger Marinade

This is a real simple marinade that can add a bit of colour to a dull week and is something that can be made up and stored earlier. Get yourself a bowl and throw in all the ingredients, stir it up and lather on to your meat.  We’ve used pork steaks with this but try chicken too!

  • 4 tbsp spoons English Mustard
  • 4 tbsp spoons Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 tbsp spoons honey
  • A good glug of Aspall cyder vinegar (I normally have a bottle of Aspall’s lying around so usually have a sip for me and little pour in the bowl)
  • Thumb of ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • A few sprigs of coriander
