It’s Butchers Week again and we are celebrating all week with some great daily deals and some tasty recipes for you to try at home!
Honey, Mustard & Ginger Marinade
This is a real simple marinade that can add a bit of colour to a dull week and is something that can be made up and stored earlier. Get yourself a bowl and throw in all the ingredients, stir it up and lather on to your meat. We’ve used pork steaks with this but try chicken too!
- 4 tbsp spoons English Mustard
- 4 tbsp spoons Whole Grain Mustard
- 2 tbsp spoons honey
- A good glug of Aspall cyder vinegar (I normally have a bottle of Aspall’s lying around so usually have a sip for me and little pour in the bowl)
- Thumb of ginger
- 4 garlic cloves
- A few sprigs of coriander
